Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
We provide the full range of cleaning services, including the special care required for high end environments. As of January 1, 2008, several flooring manufacturers are requiring a carpet cleaning schedule and cleaning by an IICRC certified cleaner in order to maintain the offered wear warranty. I am an IICRC certified Master Cleaner, and we are one of the few IICRC certified firms in your area.

Carpet Repairs – Burns, Seams, Patching
Extend the life of your carpet by repairs from a certified IICRC professional. We offer complete repairs, including small and large burns, rows of loops pulled from a Berber carpet, patching and even seam repairs. You won’t be sorry you called us!

Color Repair – Spot Dyeing
Bleach spots – color loss. Let us help. Has somebody spilled or dripped a chemical, and now you have yellow spots? Has somebody spilled something red? We can fix all of that! We are experienced in matching colors in your carpets.

Odor Control
Problems with pet urine? We treat urine spots and odor.

Laminate Installation and Repair
The majority of laminate installations that I am called to look at as an inspector are installed wrong. I am an endorsed Mannington and Pergo laminate installer, and read all installation directions before starting an installation. I have never been called back for a problem. We can also replace boards and repair chips in your laminate floors.

Training
We provide education and training to carpet re-sellers to ensure they are aware of the services their customers may need after sale. This knowledge will promote sales by enhancing the credibility of the sales staff with their customers.
